LA BRUJA’S ARTFOLIO

Delainy Fana, also known as La Bruja, is a Dominican multidisciplinary artist born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Her art is created from her subconscious mind which consists of symbolism, color magic, and the depth of self expression that expands her sensuality. She possesses a unique sense of beauty that oozes out to her art naturally.

Delainy has learned to grow more in love with painting and crafting with her hands as it is not only therapeutic for her, but a means of survival.

She finds all mediums such as oil painting, dancing, sculpting, singing, and curating a way of alchemy to dive deeper into her creativity. It is extremely important for her to continuously enhance her intentionality that way her authenticity shines through her art in all forms.

Throughout her career as an artist, Delainy is also a therapeutic art instructor for kids and adults. Earning her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Art, it has shown her how crucial art is for marginalized communities. As she steps into facilitating workshops and intentional painting events, she aims to inspire the youth and all those who find merit in prioritizing their mental health by using their creativity.
